Bruststraffung
Added on Jun, 30 2008 at 8:00 PM by Sarah
Recently I have been going online trying to research cosmetic surgery in foreign countries. A few friends have had work done and I would really like to have a breast lift done, but I have heard that having it done in another country is actually much cheaper that having it done in the US. I have heard some horror stories about work done in Mexico, but I had a friend who had a liposuction and nose job done in Germany and she looks great. She said that she is thrilled with the results and got a great deal besides. Well, you know how it goes, you get online and research something and next thing you know the e-mails start rolling in. It can be helpful, but in this case I am receiving e-mails that are like this:

Well, the only problem is I can't read the e-mails I am getting. I would like to get the information that are contained in the e-mails but my German is weak and I can only figure a few of the words. I am not really sure what to do to request information from these people in English so I can understand.
six sigma training
Added on Jun, 30 2008 at 10:03 AM by Sarah
I noticed something funny this week when I came home after having not seen my family for almost a year. We went through the usual couple of hours of catching up with each member of the family and discussing what our plans are for the coming months. We talked about school and they asked me what kinds of things I had learned. Then the next morning when I got up it was as if I had never left. We all began to act as if this is the way it had always been and everyone fell in to their old routines. Over my classic breakfast of a waffle and two eggs, dad began to talk about his job as if I had been talking with him about it all year. HE complained about the people working under him and said that his job would be so much easier after his six sigma training was done. I was stunned to hear him say that because I had studied it in one of my business classes this year and so we had a lot to talk about. I think that was the moment that things seemed to change for the routine of things. I could see my father changing his tone and stature because it was like his little boy now understood the world to a certain degree. I juts thought that that was so cool.
Before I had gone to college the usual morning conversation was just between me and my brothers because we didn't really have anything to talk to our father about. He is not much for small talk and so he would sit silently while we would chat about our school projects and the girls we really liked. His business attitude continued all this last year as I was at school. When I would call our conversations were extremely brief and really a way for him to make sure I didn't need any money or resources at the moment. I never did so at that point the phone would go back to mom. This week we have been talking a lot more about things we never have. I think that some sort of barrier has broken down inside of him now that he views me as an adult with real problems and considerations. It's a good feeling to be validated.
cash advance
Added on Jun, 27 2008 at 2:01 PM by Sarah
Finances have been really tight of late. I am working and I had some money saved, but it always seems to go so quickly on this and that. I just checked my bank statement and realized that I am down to a hundred bucks in my savings account and with rent due next week, I just am not sure how I am going to swing it. I mean my next paycheck will cover the rent, but somehow it always seems that I can't make enough money to make ends meet. I may be stuck going to take out a payday advance. I hate doing this because it seems that once I start taking them, I have trouble breaking the cycle. Twice now I have gotten them paid off for a few months, but then I wind up back borrowing from them again. I know this is probably a sign that either I am spending frivolously or that I don't make enough to cover all my expenses. I think that it may be a combination of both. I find that using my credit card to take a cash advance always seems to get me in trouble, but even doing a check advance doesn't really find me to be anymore disciplined. I think that perhaps I need to learn some money management skills, but I am not really sure why some people have no trouble handling their finances and I am constantly left wondering where did my money go.
I have been told to write down what I spend but that does not even really help me. I think that perhaps I need to turn the money management over to my husband, but I really hate to do that because he is a total cheapskate and then I know he will be looking at every dime I spend. I don't think that I overspend, but with kids and household expenses and stuff, the money just goes. It doesn't help that right now my husband is not making much money either. This is a really big issue in our lives. I know that he has really been trying to find a better job with benefits etc, but it has been very difficult. I am not sure if it is because of the economy or because of his age, or a combination of them both, but I really am afraid that if I take a payday loan now, that I really won't be able to pay it back in a few weeks. I am not sure what to do.
business insurance
Added on Jun, 25 2008 at 7:36 PM by Sarah
I was recently looking up car insurance quotes and I have found many different avenues via the internet. It seems every company promises low prices, so where do I begin? I own two cars, one a sixty nine Corvette that sits in my driveway covered. I only use this about ten times a year, and although nice, does need some work. The other is a 1997 Chevy Malibu Maxx
which has two hundred and seventeen horsepower. Pretty good on gas at twenty city thru twenty nine highway miles. I was looking into antique auto insurance for my Corvette, but am waiting to put the work needed into it including a new paint job. My friend and coworker Lenny has an older dump truck that he is looking to unload. I have been thinking of starting a business on the side such as hauling brush or wood. He jokes that he would trade it for my Vette, but he knows this would not happen. Lenny has a wood splitter, but shows no interest in pursuing such a business. He uses it manly for the light Construction work we do such as decks and additions as long as they are small jobs. He hardly ever uses the lift or dump part of this truck so I do know it works well. He does have commercial car insurance on it and tells me the rates are not that bad. I do know Lenny works privately and probably does not have business insurance, so I am looking into possibly carrying both commercial car insurance and business insurance to make it legal. I have read that one bad incident could completely wipe out a business without the proper insurance. If I do commit to doing this I want to do it right. My brother bobby will be returning home for the summer next weekend and might be looking to take a year off. Mom and Dad do not know this yet ,but we have discussed it. There are plenty of odd jobs around and I think with my will and Bobby's brains we could make some good money. I have not been completely honest with Lenny, for fear he would charge me more for the Dump truck if he knew i had all of these plans. He is a long time friend so I know he will give me a great deal, and shoot, i even can build decks on the side. The possibilities are endless and although I am deceiving Lenny a bit, I feel bad. But that's Business...
auto insurance

I live next to this guy Dave and he is so nosy and so cheap. He borrows cigarettes one day and sugar the next. He told me last week that his auto insurance was to much money so he would get over on them by putting it under commercial vehicle insurance. How you ask, He had Farm Plates put on it and he does not even live on a farm. Is this legal or am I the fool that pays to much for everything? I own an older dodge pickup truck and could do the same thing, but it just seems so dishonest. I looked for cheap car insurance and pay over a thousand a year for this truck. I do not think this is bad, but Dave laughed when I brought it up. I work at a sawmill and it is good for hauling the excess pieces from point A to point B and the Boss throws me gas money and some extra. A friend at work Bobby told me to look into classic car insurance for my truck, Which started a whole discussion about how expensive this would be. Anthony, another friend at work has a 1965 nova that is supposedly worth twenty five thousand dollars, it is a really nice car, blue with white interior and he said he pays a lot for his classic car insurance. I still get about eighteen miles to the gallon which I think is great and although the Dodge is rusting and not the best looking vehicle around, It is still all mine. I do not have car payments to worry about or the worry of a scratch or nick. I guess I can look around for cheap auto insurance, but have been using this company for over five years. Why fix what is not broken, they have always treated me well and even know me by name. I guess I could save a few hundred on my auto insurance but from what I am told the service is not that good at a lot of the places. As for Dave getting over on everyone and continuing to be nosy, I guess I have to tolerate it, he is my neighbor and a friend of my landlord. So for now I smile and play naive, sometimes it is just easier that way and keeps the piece. That's just the way I was brought up, Honest.
chiropractors

My Bethesda Chiropractor asked me to come with him to a Lordex conference. I think he just wants to show me off. My story is actually quite miraculous. When I was twelve I was in a car collision and I was wearing one of those dreaded lap belts that they no longer encourage people to wear and have truly stopped putting in most cars. Well, it is only by the grace of the good Lord that I did not die in that car accident. The driver of the car my aunt died on impact and my brother who was in the passenger seat next to me wasn't wearing his seat belt and spent a year in a coma before he passed. I was really messed up and had several injuries internally and several surgeries. Luckily, I survived as my parents were not in the car and I don't think that they would have ever forgiven themselves if they had lost both their children in that deadly accident. Well, I am healthy now, but it took years to get me to that point. I had injured several discs in my low back, and thank God my parents knew to take me to a group of chiropractors that knew how to handle injuries like mine. I couldn't walk when I started seeing them, but the truth is I was traumatized anyway that is no wonder I can even remember the whole experience.
When I first went into my chiropractors' office I was 15 years old. My parents both had always gone, so I knew what it was about. I think that I probably scared them more than they scared me. By that point, I had been through so many surgeries and had been poked and prodded and hurt by so many in the medical profession I was truly numb to it. Their compassion was incredible, unlike anything I had ever experienced before. It took about a year of major physical therapy and lots of Lordex (a specific, low force, non traumatic chiropractic technique) to get me on my way. First I was able to hold my own back up, which was a major accomplishment. From there I was able to support my own back on my hands and knees. Quite honestly my chiropractor encouraged me to crawl for a while, as a baby would to help strengthen my back muscles for walking. Well, I did finally walk again and now, 7 years after my very first Lordex adjustment I can actually jog and run. I still hate it, but I did before the accident so no difference there.
So now you can see why he wants to take me to the conference. I am glad to go and tell my story so that maybe it will help someone else realize the power of this wonderful technique.
promotional items

My new side project is coming along quite nicely. I have made it my own personal goal to get my home recording studio up and running as a legitimate business by the end of the summer. I have a few people who have shown interest in recording when I have everything set up and I really just have to find the time to get the equipment checked out and tested. I have been spending so much time on this project actually that I haven't really been playing any music. I have plenty of little ideas floating around but none that can just be easily transferred to my handheld with out overdubbing and some degree of mixing.
Outside of the studio I have been trying to recruit new people to sign on to some type of recording schedule for the fall. Since I will still have class for another year I really need to micromanage my entire schedule. I also just got a bunch of promotional items off of this great website to get my name around town and beyond. I had about a thousand t-shirts printed and about fifty hats so that anyone who records in the studio gets something. What they get depends on how much they spend on recording and how much time it takes to get it all finished. By this time next year I think that I should have the whole thing fully functional and ready to just transfer it in to my primary income. I am so glad this whole thing has worked out the way it has because now I really do have a fall back if the business doesn't work out and I need to find a job to pay off my debt. If it all falls apart then I will be teaching social studies somewhere and enjoying that. Either way though, once this studio is running or not I will be able to get back in to writing and recording my own stuff which I have been kicking around for way too long. I just hope now that I haven't lost any of those good ideas in the hustle of my daily life.
promotional products

Recently, in the past few years, my aunt has opened a new business on her own. She has been talking about doing it for years, so she finally quit her high demanding job and decided to open a tiny stationary store. She has always loved art and is obsessed with stationary. Her shop is really cute and very successful now, but a few years ago she was begging to go back to her demanding job, almost giving up on her dream. She had a new business and no experience from this end (she was a doctor previously). She really had no idea what she was getting herself into when she quit her job. She had taken a few business classes in college and figured that since she had the money to do it, the rest would be a breeze. She went ahead and starting decorating and finding people to supply her with the merchandise as well as designing some of her own. Her store was extremely cute and a place that you felt you could spend hours in. It was a shame though because she didn't do very much advertising. So my cousin, who was a business and marketing major helped her out. He showed her how to advertise online and get her name out. They had fliers in local restaurants and in the newspapers. About a week or two later she finally had a steady flow of customers. Everyone loved her products, but my cousin decided that in order to keep those customers coming back, they had to come up with some sort of promotional products to give out to keep their name out there and in the minds of the customers. Since it was a stationary store, they decided that promotional items relevant to what they were selling and providing in the shop would make much more sense than giving out umbrellas or mouse pads. So they ended up with a few things. When buying stationary only (no pens or markers or ink of any kind), they got this really pretty pen to go with (that had the stores name on it). They also had ribbon with the stores initials and a free gift wrapping service. And for pens and pencils or writing utensils, they provided cases with the stores name. They were all really classy promotional gifts, not cheesy at all. This way the customer was satisfied with their service and kept her store in mind. To this day she still has the same loyal customers coming back, and of course new ones too!
affiliate programs
Added on Jun, 22 2008 at 6:13 PM by Sarah
I have never understood how people with websites make money. I don't pay to use Google or any other services unless it's an online shopping site or something similar to that. Then finally one day my friend explained to me that a lot of the website people make money through advertising or affiliate programs. Basically what that means is that one online service pays another to advertise or put a link on their website. They have some sort of an agreement before hand and they are paid according to how much traffic or users they send to that specific website from their link on their own. This whole arrangement is dependent on the number of people who even go to the affiliate's website in the first place and then the number of people that click on the link to the paying websites page. This agreement also depends on the number of people who actually end up buying a product from the individual's webpage. What I still don't understand is how they know that a particular customer who bought from them came from the link off of the affiliate's webpage. And if they can track which websites I'm on as an individual or which link I clicked on to get to a certain website, it kind of creeps me out. It is really weird knowing that someone can monitor your every move online and know what websites you are on and what you are purchasing. And if they can do that, does that mean someone can see my personal information, like my address and my credit card number?
It just amazes me how online businesses works. It makes a lot more sense to me now, but before I didn't really understand where the money was coming from to pay for the sites or the people working for them. It makes me think of professional athletes kind of. Until a few weeks ago I never understood how they can afford to pay each athlete (say baseball players for example) millions of dollars. I had no idea where the money was coming from. Until my dad explained to me that thousands of people go to each game (including us, because we have season tickets), and there are almost 170 games a year. That is A LOT of money that I didn't think about. So it is a lot like the internet and online businesses. They get money from the consumers and from advertising.
security audit

This summer I have gotten a new kind of assignment for my work-study money. I have usually gotten the jobs that center around just following some higher-up and getting them whatever they need throughout the day. The job this summer is little bit different. I have applied and been accepted to do and independent work-study as a web maintenance professional for the university. Basically my job will be to design, setup, and maintain the web system for a small business in town here wishing to link their various locations. This will be the most responsibility I have ever been given and the most freedom I have ever had from a job.
The entire system from its initial layout to its eventual turn over to being run by those within the business is all in my hands. I have already chosen the various software programs and designs that I want to use based on the budget they have given me. Now my first goal is to set the system up and getting it up to a fully functional intranet. From here I will begin to test it with a web application scanner to hopefully find any holes within the programming where hackers may be able to get in. Also I have to be able to build up a proper firewall that gives the user freedom but doesn't allow the transfer of any deviant materials. Once I have tried my best to safeguard against any sql injections or other common forms of internet attacks I will launch the site online. None of the employees will have access at this point because I will be doing this to do our first security audit. I will be doing this with Ajax application security software which will stay as a part of the site for both the employees and the moderators. This software will allow us to see in real time all users within the system and all actions that are out of the ordinary. There are also checks that the users can do to see how secure the site actually is so they aren't losing any of their precious financial information with the web application scanner. This is a very exciting process and I hope that it all goes as planned with minimal technology problems.
party favors

Finding a deal is my specialty. I love to shop bargain racks and half price sales and I find getting a good buy to be a big rush. I don't really understand why people go and pay full price for anything. I mean eventually all things will go on sale, it is really a fact. I find that I can get amazing deals on clothing, yes even the high end, brand name stuff. I can get movies dirt cheap, sometimes previously viewed, but honestly I don't really care whether someone watched it before me or not, if they have it just proves to me that it works all the way through. I especially love to get things in the off seasons at the half price sales. Like after Easter, you can pick up all kinds of decorative goodies at such a low price it is insane. Keep in mind that you do need to be a bit organized to shop in this way, see a savings is only a savings when you can locate the things when you need them or at the appropriate time of year. For instance, I have always tucked away Halloween costumes after wearing them, especially all those little gadgets that we buy to accessorize with like the pitch forks, hats, glow sticks, fake blood, glow necklaces, etc. Somehow it seems that I have trouble locating the Halloween stuff whenever that time of year comes around. What I have started to do now is I have not only been labeling my big Rubbermaid tubs, but I have also been color coding them. I have used the red and green ones to hold Christmas stuff in, the orange ones for Halloween and so forth.
I recently went to a going out of business sale at the local party supplies store and picked up many party favors that I am sure I will be using for years to come. I also picked up a bunch of those glow sticks and glow necklaces for the kids. I don't just use these at parties but I love them for each and every outing that we take with the kids. They are really great for trips to the skate rink, the drive in, a fourth of July fireworks display, or even a back yard camp out. They are great and the kids just love them. I find that keeping a pack in my purse or in the car glove box does the trick, this way when you go somewhere and the kids want you to buy them at $3.00 a piece, you can pull out the 5 pack that you bought for .50 and feel like a winner!!
Tea 3D
Added on Jun, 17 2008 at 2:20 PM by Sarah
Natural Thirst Quench- Thirsty? How likely are you to reach for something that even vaguely resembles a healthy, natural selection? Running down the supermarket aisles filled with the immense selection of water, juice and soda, it would seem that there are very few truly natural alternatives left for the thirsty and health conscious. Even water isn't natural anymore - it's full of supplements and flavors. What happened to natural beverages?
They're still here.
Natural drinks are still around, and by natural there are no chemicals, manufactured substances or unnatural flavors cluttering up a drink. You're thirsty. You want a drink. You can try water, but it doesn't have a whole lot of flavor - which is obviously why everyone has souped it up with chemical flavors. If you like plain Jane ice water, it's the most natural drink around, but it's not the only one.
Browse the aisles looking for natural drinks and you'll come away with old fashioned water, hormone free milk, some juices, and something new.
What's new about natural drinks? It's not the energy draining carbonation or sugar derivatives in the most popular drinks on the market.
Revolution Tea 3D is a white tea flavored with super fruits - not chemicals. It's natural from the first sip to the dregs of the can. Although thanks to the great taste, you'll be doing your best not to leave any sips behind.
Tea 3D has all the benefit of white tea as well as the health benefits and antioxidants of super fruits. Additionally, Tea 3D has a daily supply of vitamins. White tea, fruit and vitamins? What could be more natural than that? Technically water, but even with chemical flavoring it doesn't have the refreshing great taste of this tea-to-go.
Chicago Cubs tickets

Sometimes I have real trouble coming up with gift ideas. I am one of those people who like to buy things for people when I see them, and I save them for as long as a year, waiting to give the perfect gift to the perfect person. I find this much more rewarding than the last minute shopping that I used to do in the past. Occasionally I get caught without a gift for someone, and usually I can go online and find something different and unusual that fits the bill.
Recently I went online searching for sports hats on Ebay. I found there to be quite an interesting selection of sports memorabilia online that I really never new existed. I wanted to get him something having to do with baseball which by far is his favorite sport. I always put up the Ebay pages with the items ending first. This is a really good way to find items that will be up soon with no potential buyers and it is a great way to get a rare deal. Well, while I was looking in this section I found someone who had lots of game tickets online. The ones they had which especially interested me were their Chicago Cubs tickets, they did have Boston Redsox tickets too, but my Uncle is not a big Red Sox fan, so I really had no use for the Boston Red Sox tickets. In any case I went on and bid on these tickets and some guy had no reserve on that auction and I got those tickets for $20.00. That's right people $20.00 for Chicago Cub tickets. Well, I could have had the Red Sox tickets for the same price, but I really didn't have a need for them, and I obviously couldn't sell them for a good price on Ebay.
Well, I decided to make this a really special gift and I also got him an autographed Cub hat. This thing was incredible and what a deal I got on it. In any case, I sent him both with a note saying happy father's day! He is only my uncle, but growing up he was one of the closest male figures in my life. Since he has no children of his own, I always try to make sure and do something special for him on father's day. He was thrilled!
debt

"Find Your Way To Financial Freedom!" screamed this large banner in the theater, hung behind some perky caffeine hype of a woman who was obviously too happy for it to be 7:00 at night on a Tuesday night. I was only at the meeting in the first place because my boyfriend's organization had put it all together and he wanted me to be there to show some support. Of course, I had the suspicion that he was also secretly trying to drill some financial knowledge into my head. He thinks that I'm financially irresponsible for having three credit cards and a couple of loans in my name. He's got a lot of nerve to talk, seeing as his finances aren't going so well right now either, but at least he's trying to get help. I, however, am convinced I don't need help.
I wanted to go to sleep during the program, but he kept elbowing me in the side, which after a few times almost made me reflexively slap him upside the head. But I restrained my hand and warned him that he was "itching for a scratch" if he elbowed me one more time. Besides, it wasn't like this presentation was any different from any other financial program I had in high school. It was the same old "don't get credit cards, they will kill you" and "invest your money wisely" and "be your own accountant" and "get off your butt and get a job, you lazy bums" in the same condescending tone I'd gotten so used to before. I wanted to scream "this is college, lady, so get to the important stuff" but I feared such an outburst would lead to hours of argument later.
Sure the whole "no credit card" bit was reassuring to those who didn't already have such financial obligations. The "scare stories" may have worked before, but now she was talking to a theater half full of people who already had numerous credit cards and were already feeling the sting of financial irresponsibility. We didn't want to hear about how horrible the situation was if we got in it because we were already suffering it and preventative measures wouldn't help at this point. It's like telling somebody how to avoid catching a cold when they're already sniffling and sneezing. When a person is in that stage of development, you need to work first on how to make it better, THEN you say how to avoid getting in the situation in the first place.
But then, as even my boyfriend stopped listening to the woman, her tone changed. She must not have been as ditzy and stupid as I first thought because she realized that the monotonous speech she'd been given to say wasn't effective and she needed to do something fast. She started talking about how it must feel to be caught in the web of financial insecurity. And then, she said two magic words: debt consolidation. You could feel the ears perking up. She was finally appealing to us as an audience. She said that while many of us probably didn't need to resort to debt consolidation, it was always a possibility to help alleviate the negative effects of being in debt. Debt consolidation also makes it easier to keep track of different financial obligations.
By the time the presentation was over, I felt bad about my initial convictions of the woman. She had definitely changed her attitude and had gained my attention and respect. I won't say my life changed forever because of what she said, but I will say that I did learn a lot about money and responsibility and that I just might have a problem managing my finances. I don't know if my situation requires debt consolidation just yet but I won't rule out the possibility. At least I now know if I do ever get that far into debt, there is a way out.
credit repair
Added on Jun, 14 2008 at 4:20 PM by Sarah
One very important thing for all of us to keep in mind is the all powerful weight of the credit score. I don't know really what it says or how they figure out your worth in a three digit number but I do know that it's pretty important. We could actually spend our whole adult lives revolving around this number I mean it is that important. The money we make and spend or blow on absolutely nothing all factors in to the ability for us to buy homes and cars and all of those other blogs things we want later in life. That's why I have already gotten a few credit cards and just used them until the balance went up to the maximum and then stopped. Now i have no debt and about six cards with plenty of money available for whatever I may need. I recently got my free credit report and found out that my number was a 721 which is right about where I should be with so much student loan debt to my name. I didn't borrow any money in my parents' names so all of the last three years worth of schooling is in my name.
I was really actually pleased to see my credit report because I do want that house and the car. I want to be able to have financial freedom. I think that way too many college kids go through school and come out on the other side needing some degree of credit repair within a year or so. This is exactly the kind of thing I am trying to avoid by being super couscous with all of my assets. I have actually been investing a little bit of money from each of my biweekly paychecks in to some stocks. At the same time I pay off every dollars of interest that accrued on my student loan bills. This way I will have less to pay and more to pay with so I can manage my credit fairly quickly after I graduate. I don't want to get all up on my high horse or anything but I think I am doing the right thing.
debt consolidation
Added on Jun, 14 2008 at 3:40 PM by Sarah
So, thinking about all these eliminate debt issues, another thing that makes me think is that well, for a student with limited income, it is hard as is to pay off all the credit cards and all the other everything that a student, as an adult, is liable for. So, when a student does a debt consolidation on a credit card loan, for example, that means that instead of paying many small payments when the cash is actually there, in the bank accounts, instead of when a big payment has to be made. For me, it was mentally very difficult to adjust to the situation where I had a lot of credit cards with balances on them, so I had to be making many payments per month. I wanted to do debt consolidators a lot, just to get rid of the idea that I constantly had to pay something off, like those numerous credit card payments. Another thing that I am thinking about in relation to this is that there are a lot of options for debt consolidation for those who do not have good credit at all. Obviously, since everything in this world comes with a price tag, the price of that available credit when most of the financial institutions would decline it is the very high annual percentage rate, or interest rate, that the borrower has to pay. What I do not understand though, is that why would someone consolidate even at the expense of such expensive (and forget me for the word play) price? It just seems that if someone has a not so good credit ranking, it just might be better to keep things as they are, since the interest rate on the new loan that a person takes out (and loans for debt consolidation are, I think, considered to be new loans) will be higher, almost by definition, in case of someone with poorer credit scores. It all though just seems such a mess, given me, who is very very unproficient in all the financial matters, but for someone who is rather knowledgeable and educated about all these financial terms and laws, debt consolidation might all of a sudden change from a very complicated subject matter into the simplest transaction in the world.
smart lipo

I am getting so sick of being so fat. I have tried everything, I know that sounds cliché, but it is true. I went to the gym everyday and worked out, while eating a healthy diet and did not lose anything. Which was extremely disheartening. I still benefited from getting the exercise, but still, a little result would have been nice. I also have tried just dieting without exercise, which in the past, worked best for me. But now it does not seem to work that way. I am not that old, but I guess my metabolism has really slowed down. I do not even eat that much, so it is really aggravating. I had to have my gall bladder out a few years ago, and it seems like since then is when everything changed. I am starting to look into having a procedure done, like smartlipo, I need to look into the smartlipo cost. I had never heard of smart lipo before, but I am assuming it is "smart' because of the cost? Smart lipo cost has to be lower than regular lipo. I do not know. It could be that candidates for lipo are only those needing to lose in target areas. Not large amounts of weight. Which would count me out. Ugh, I hate it. I am wondering if I need to look into the lap band or other types of procedures like that. I just do not want to be this fat anymore, and I also do not want to spend the rest of my life losing or keeping weight off. I want to enjoy life. I enjoy it now, just wish I was lighter. It is so annoying that I did not do something while I was gaining. I feel like it literally snuck up on me. But I do not see how it could have. Bam, one day I am fifty poundes heavier. I doubt that. I think I was just kidding myself, not letting me believe I was "fat". It all makes me feel very depressed. Like why can I not just eat healthily all the time and lose weight. It is not working for me. And why can I not just get out and run my ass off till it goes away. Scientifically thinking it would have to go away! The problem is that I am so heavy now that it hurts when I run, my ass is bouncing up and down, and my boobs are bouncing up and down, so it makes my back hurt. Woose, I know. Just do, it, right?
personals

In this life there is very little time to wait for the perfect person to come along. We only have a relatively short window to find the perfect person for each of us. Especially when you are in college you have plenty of opportunities for acceptance and plenty of chances for rejection. That is why there are many resources out there in the world for people unwilling to run through the rat race and play the typical love games just to waste their time on someone who is totally incompatible.
The internet has become a resource for just about everything and it's certainly not lacking when it comes to dating. There are countless sites where singles go to set up profiles and look at other personals profiles. These sites actually look at all of the other profiles in their database and try to match your profile with them. Each week you get an e-mail about all of the new matches that have been found for you. Each matchmaking site has a different way of connecting people together and different types of questions that they ask everyone. This is what makes each one unique. When looking at all of the different sites it is especially important to feel confident that the questions being asked for your profile will give you a great measure for compatibility. If they are just throwing in weird questions that you don't think really matter and wouldn't affect your decision on a real date then you may want to look somewhere else.
In my own experiences with sites like these they really do work. I didn't have a girlfriend before I went on to one of these sites as a freshman. I am now a sophomore and my girlfriend and I have been together for over a year. The site that we chose to go through matched us up in such a perfect way because it really asked each of us what matters. Now we plan on being together for a long time and our visions have become very intertwined. I attribute all of our relationship success to the fact that we were matched very well from the beginning by our matchingmaking site.
pet supplies

I just got a cat and my wife and I just decided to go and get some pet supplies from the pet store. When we got there we saw a lot of toys and fake mice. So we got a few fake mice and a fake bird. Once we got home our cat was asleep and we didn't want to wake him up. So I went to the grocery store to get a few items. I ended up seeing my friend there and we talked about the cat I got and he told me that he had just gotten a dog about a week ago. After saying goodbye to my friend I headed home. When I got there I saw a sticky note on the counter that said went to the pool to swim. So I sat down and had a beer. About an hour later I noticed that the cat was up and jumping around. So I went to the table got one of the fake mice and gave it to the cat. The cat was thrilled! He began hitting the mouse all over the place. He even threw it up in the air and caught it in his mouth. When my wife got home I told my wife about how the cat loved the little mouse and how he kept on playing with it. That night when my wife and I were laying in the bed I felt the cat curling up against my feet. When I woke up the cat was still curled up against my feet but I had to get up for work. . So I gently nudged the cat off of my feet and left for work. When I returned from work the cat was sitting next to my wife on the couch. I headed upstairs to take a shower because it was hot out and I stunk. When I came back down my wife had left and there was another sticky note that said went down the road to pick up a few things at the store. I was hoping to get to sit with my wife and watch TV but I just played with the cat and before I knew it my wife came running in and said that she would be home in a little while and that a car had just crashed up the street and that she just wanted to make sure that nobody was hurt. Sure enough no one died but the cat in the back seat.
